Tawnya is a lifelong resident of Bright, Indiana. With prior management skills gained from various large food service chains, Tawnya left the food service industry to pursue a career in mortgage lending. This move proved to be an excellent choice as her experience in the mortgage lending field now has expanded over 28 years. She began her career as a loan originator and licensed closer with People’s Federal Savings Bank in Aurora, Indiana. Her enthusiasm, drive, and attention to detail in helping assist those she worked with displayed her caring, skilled, and professional personality resulting in her 15 years of employment for the bank. Tawnya furthered her career in the mortgage lending field when she came to Ewbank Land Title, Inc. in 2005. She is a licensed closer, loan processor and in 2016 through her hands-on approach and leading by example management philosophy she became the manager and has proudly represented Ewbank Land Title, Inc. for the past 13 years. She takes great pride in her job and is passionate about helping to assist clients in achieving their dream of home ownership.
