Robert Ewbank is a lifelong resident of Dearborn County, Indiana and currently resides at Hidden Valley Lake with his wife, Mary. Robert served in the Navy from 1969 to 1973 as a Submariner and Diver. After serving in the Navy, Robert chose to attend law school to follow in the footsteps of many members of the Ewbank family who chose to serve their communities through legal advocacy. Robert obtained his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis and joined Ewbank & Kramer where his father was also a lawyer. He is the father of Jared Ewbank, our other attorney in the family land title business, and Amanda Corsmeier.
After beginning his legal practice in Dearborn County, Robert became the Prosecuting Attorney for Dearborn-Ohio counties and served in that role from 1983 to 1986.
Robert is experienced in several practice areas and works diligently to help his clients achieve positive outcomes when faced with legal issues. He currently represents Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners’ Association, and P.A.W.S. of Dearborn County.
Robert has served his state and community as a past Board Member of the Indiana State Bar Association, as a Director and President of the Indiana Land Title Association, as Chairman of the Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education, Director of the East Fork Cemetery Association, Director of Greendale Cemetery, Director of SIEOC, a community action commissioner, and as a Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Robert is also a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Knights of Columbus.
